The first month of 2018 has been interesting, I flew to New Jersey to pick up our new Mercedes Sprinter van and drove it out to Colorado. Our plan is to turn the van into a “land yacht”, I’ll be posting on the entire process. On the skiing side of things we had a great powder day at Wolf Creek with close to 3 feet of snow which also made the skate skiing fun. The unseasonably warm and dry weather for the first weeks of Jan. made for good road biking in New Mexico. And to bring in the new year I got a brand new Pizza Stone
